For fresh hair:
remove the cap, gently sprinkle powder onto the palms of your hands or directly onto the scalp. Work the powder into the roots of your hair, then shake or comb out any excess.
For friction free skin:
remove the cap, gently sprinkle powder onto the palms of your hands or directly onto the skin. Pat evenly over skin to control moisture, odour and chafing.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
